Where we ship
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Because 7OH laws vary and are changing in 2026, we block checkout for states and regions where 7-hydroxymitragynine products are restricted. It is the customer’s responsibility to know local laws; see our 2026 legal status guide.
Speed & tracking
Orders placed before 1 PM PT on business days ship the same day. Domestic USA delivery typically takes 2–5 business days; Canadian delivery 5–9 business days. Every order includes carrier tracking, emailed automatically.
Cost & discretion
Shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $500 and free over $500, with a $120 minimum order. All orders ship in plain, unbranded, smell-proof packaging — the return label shows only our mailing initials.
Age & compliance
You must be 21+ to order. Couriers may require an adult signature on delivery. Parcels seized or returned due to a recipient violating local law are not eligible for refund.

The $120 minimum, explained
The minimum order is $120, and it is the first number in the order structure: $120 minimum, flat $25 shipping on orders under $500, and free shipping over $500. The minimum is the category standard for a 21+ shipped product — it is what keeps the unit economics honest for a verified, documented product rather than a commodity, and it is why the per-mg math improves at the $500 free-shipping line instead of at the single-pack level. Restricted states, enforced at checkout
As of September 2026, the restricted list is: Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas, and North Dakota (7-OH products), Louisiana (kratom ban, category-wide), and Massachusetts (emergency order, all kratom). Orders to restricted-state addresses are declined at checkout — no routing, no configuration, no workaround, because the restriction attaches to the product and the state, not to the shipping label. What the delivery looks like
- ✓Plain box, no markings. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents; the order detail lives in your account, not in the box.
- ✓21+ signature at the door. An adult, ID-checked, at the address of record — if no eligible adult is available, the carrier runs its redelivery or pickup process. The age verification post describes both gates.
- ✓Tracking on every order. 2–5 business days typical after packing on a business day; the tracking scan is the fact, the estimate is the average.
