Age and eligibility
Purchase of any product on this site requires 21+ age verification at checkout and a 21+ signature at delivery — the two gates described in the verification guide. Beyond the gates, eligibility is a two-part fact: the destination must be a jurisdiction where the product is lawful — the current restricted list is in the state overview and enforced at checkout — and the buyer must be responsible for knowing the law that applies to them.
