The restricted-state exclusions (as of September 2026)
Our checkout declines orders to addresses in the restricted states, consistent with the legal status guide:
- 7-OH specifically restricted: Florida (June 2026), Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas, North Dakota (July 2026).
- Kratom broadly restricted (reaches 7-OH): Louisiana (kratom ban, August 2025); Massachusetts (emergency order, all kratom, August 2026).
The list is the map made operational, and it moves with the map — the state overview is the standing reference, and an address in a state that is not excluded is eligible. The position is a hard one by design: no configuration, label, or routing makes a restricted product legal in a restricted state, and the Virginia post makes the reasoning explicit.
The timeline, step by step
- Checkout. Address and 21+ verification at checkout. Restricted-state addresses are declined here, with the current restricted list. Payment completes, and the order enters the queue.
- Packing (Mon–Fri business days). Orders are packed on business days; the support window is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT, and the contact page is the channel for anything order-specific (+1 (213) 357-1073, [email protected]). Each pack is batch-numbered, and the batch COA is the document you keep — the batch verification habit starts at unboxing.
- Transit. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days for most US destinations, with tracking provided. Transit times vary by carrier and region; the tracking number is the source for your specific parcel.
- Delivery. The package is a plain outer box with no product markings — nothing on the outside identifies the contents. The 21+ signature is required at the door: a carrier scan, a government ID check against the 21+ requirement, and a signature from an adult present. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier holds the package for redelivery or pickup per its standard process — plan for the signature when you place the order. The age verification post walks both gates end to end.
The discretion rules, stated plainly
- Outside: plain box, shipping label to your address, carrier branding only. No product names, no category terms, no logos.
- Invoice: the packing slip, if any, carries no product description beyond order reference — the order detail lives in your account and the confirmation email, not in the box.
- Storage on receipt: the storage guide is the next step — sealed pouch, cool and dry, out of reach of anyone under 21 in the household.
What the shipping policy does NOT do
- No restricted-state workarounds. No secondary addresses, no forwarding services, no split shipments around the exclusion — the legal alternatives post is the honest version of what to do if your address is excluded.
- No under-21 delivery, no exceptions. The signature gate is the gate. The who should avoid post is the broader age-and-health framework.
- No international routing around state lines. Cross-border and cross-state routing that changes where the product lands does not change the law that applies where it lands.
