A time-sensitive question, because the answer depends on where the order is in the packing queue and where the new address is.

The short answer

Address changes can be accommodated while the order is still in the packing queue — contact us as soon as possible with the order number and the corrected address (the contact page, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT). One rule governs every change: the destination address must be an eligible address under the shipping policy, which means the new address cannot be in a restricted state (the current list is in the state map), and the 21+ signature requirement follows the package to wherever it lands.

Every address change runs the same two checks a new order would, and the reason is the same reason the policy exists: the eligibility of the delivery, not the convenience of it. Check one is the state map — the restricted-state exclusions apply to the destination, so a change from an eligible state to a restricted one is a decline, not a reroute, and the Virginia post makes the position explicit from the restricted side of the line.
