The batch number — printed on the pack — is what a documentation question runs on, and the batch check is the five-minute habit that produces it. And the specific question — a packed question gets a packed answer. For quality claims, the standard evidence is the pack, the batch, the report, and the date: the COA guide shows the line a claim refers to.

We answer order questions, batch and documentation questions, and the legal-position questions our policies state (the current restricted-state list, the 21+ standard, the order structure). We do not answer medical questions — a physician is the source, full stop — and we do not give legal advice for a specific situation — a licensed professional in your jurisdiction is the source. That boundary is stated on every page of the site, and it is the reason the content on this site can stay accurate.
