Every order ships in a plain outer box with no product markings — no product names, no category terms, no logos — and the packing slip, if any, carries no product description beyond an order reference. The three layers of discretion
The design has three layers, and each one closes a specific exposure. Layer one is the box itself: plain, carrier-branded only, with the shipping label to your address — nothing on the outside identifies the contents, which is why the shipping policy states it as a flat rule rather than a best effort. Layer two is the paper: order detail lives in your account and the confirmation email, not in the box, so a slip that falls out or is glanced at by a household member says nothing about the product. Layer three is what happens after arrival: the storage guide is the next step — sealed pouch, cool and dry, and out of reach of anyone under 21 in the household, which is the discretion rule that extends past the door. The signature delivery is part of the same design: the 21+ ID check at the door (the age verification post) means the package reaches an adult, identified, at the address of record. Discretion is a feature of a compliant 21+ operation, not a workaround for one — the restricted-state exclusions in the state map apply regardless of how plain the box is.
