Who do I contact for safety concerns or adverse events?

By the Limitless 7OH Team · Updated September 2026 · 2 min read · FAQ

The contact question for the serious side — and the answer has to start with the line that is not ours.

The short answer

A medical event — a symptom that worries you, an access by a child or pet, a reaction that is escalating — is an immediate call: the poison control center or a physician (or a veterinarian for a pet), not a vendor. The vendor’s channel is for the order-side and documentation-side questions: the contact page, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT, +1 (213) 357-1073, [email protected] — the batch record, a documentation question, an order problem. The standing safety frameworks are the side effects guide, the responsible use guide, and the who should avoid post.

The boundary, stated plainly

The boundary between the two channels is the whole answer, and it is worth stating flat because it is where the category’s content goes wrong: the vendor knows the order — the pack, the batch, the COA, the tracking — and the vendor does not know the person. So a documentation question (“the batch number does not match the report I found”) is the vendor’s call, with the record from the batch check in hand; a product question (“what is in this pack, exactly”) is the vendor’s answer, with the COA as the document; and a body question (“my body is doing X after the unit”) is the physician’s or poison control’s call, full stop — the drug testing post makes the same boundary call for the obligation side, and the warning-sign framework in the side effects guide is the read on when the stop is the stop. The documentation habit is what makes the vendor-side channel useful: the order record and the batch COA are the records that say what the product is and when it was received, and a safety-concern conversation that carries them is a conversation the vendor can act on. The contact page is the order-side channel, the FAQ center carries the related questions, and the immediate line for a medical event is the one that comes first.
