Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to serve you: payment processors, our shipping carrier, and our email platform. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
California (CCPA/CPRA), Canadian, and EU/UK customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by emailing support. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart and checkout, plus privacy-friendly analytics to improve the store. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart requires them to function.

What we do with order data
Order data does one job: it processes and protects an order. The order record (items, totals, the shipping address, the payment reference) is retained to process the sale, handle support, and answer a quality claim against a batch — the COA match runs on the order-to-batch link, which is why it is kept. The age-verification record — the fact that an adult signed at checkout and at the door, with the date — is retained per order as the compliance record the 21+ standard depends on; the verification guide describes the standard. Two boundaries: personal data is not sold to anyone — there is no audience product — and it is not used for marketing beyond your order unless you opt in to a list separately.
Your choices
- ✓Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold on you — order records and the verification facts — from [email protected].
- ✓Correction: a wrong address or a wrong name in the record is corrected on request, subject to the order being open — a settled order record is the record.
- ✓Marketing lists: any separately opted-in list can be left at any time; leaving a list does not affect an order in progress.
